What is your favourite thing about fungi?

"Fungi are magical to me. They are mysterious, they are amazing and there are so many different types. I'm not a biologist by trade, but I find fungi super interesting and I am learning so much about them from the Sapro-Tech team."

Why does this job matter to you?

"Sapro-Tech's mission matters to me because we are doing something worthwhile. Our mission is hard, ambitious, and important. We are taking the beautiful elements of nature and purposing them into products for consumers that leaves the world in a better place."
